A few of my favorite pictures!
Still learning how to operate this blog and I have not found anywhere to put pictures, such as an album or anything. I am not familiar enough with this to know if there is a photo album ... So these are a few of my favorite pictures!
Vic, This is Legally Blonde. My last son was born at 28 weeks so I understand what you are going through. Stay strong because there will be days when things are "iffy" about his survival. My baby got to come home at 4 lbs but that was 21 years ago! The hardest thing I had to do during that time was to leave my itty bitty baby boy in the neonatal unit and go home. My baby had to have his tiny hands tied down once he grew fingernails so not to scratch himself. Gosh I cried when I saw your pics...he is sooooo tiiiiiny! And it is so scary when that monitor goes off isn't it? Will he have to be on meds for a year to stimulate his breathing?? What about immunizations? Back in 1987 Cooks Childrens Hospital advised me to NOT get his immunizations until he was 18 months and to totally avoid his exposure to lots of visitors in the home. Throughout his life he was easily susceptible to any "bug" going around. Today he is 21 and is 6 feet 4 tall! But has breathing problems like asthma. You are in my prayers and keep that precious breast milk pumping. WE LOVE YOU!
